  • Started working with AJ end of March 2024 when I asked him to help me with my nutrition and to program a workout schedule I could stick to because my premenopausal body wasn’t responding to the things I used to do to lose and keep weight off. I had Noom and all the Peloton equipment but I struggled putting a plan together that worked for me. AJ programmed a monthly workout that takes the guesswork out of strength, cardio and active recovery days. I’m down 29.8 pounds with AJ’s help and I’m excited to see even more results in the future. With AJ’s coaching, I finally feel optimistic about my weight loss and fitness goals.
